By accessing and using Inkforms ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including tattoo studios, artists, and their clients.
2. Service Description
Inkforms provides a digital form management platform designed for tattoo studios. The Service allows users to create custom consent forms, capture digital signatures, generate PDF documents, and receive completed forms via email. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Inkforms operates on a subscription basis. We offer a 1-month free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, you will be charged according to the plan you selected. Subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
5. Data and Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. All data transmitted through the Service is encrypted using industry-standard encryption protocols. We do not store completed forms on our servers, forms are delivered directly to your specified email addresses. We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your clients before collecting their personal information through our forms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Inkforms and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including custom forms and collected data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all forms you create comply with applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety requirements specific to the tattoo industry. You must not use the Service to transmit any malicious code, spam, or engage in any activity that could harm the Service or other users. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information you collect through the Service.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any interruption of service or loss of data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkforms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
11. Changes to Terms

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
