By accessing or using inkforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

By creating an account or using inkforms, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
inkforms provides an online platform for creating, managing, and analyzing forms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use inkforms for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, or to interfere with other users' use of the service.
5. Intellectual Property
The inkforms service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. Content you create using inkforms remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy practices described below.
7. Limitation of Liability
inkforms is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This section explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and password (stored securely hashed). We also collect usage data such as IP addresses, browser information, and login timestamps to maintain security and improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide and maintain the service, send transactional emails (verification, password reset), ensure account security, and improve inkforms. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate inkforms: Neon (database hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (application hosting). These providers process data solely on our behalf.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may request a copy of your data or request deletion by contacting us. For users in the EU, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Cookies
inkforms uses essential cookies only: session cookies for authentication and a locale preference cookie. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
